Organize For Success is committed to your confidentiality, all client information, both personal and business is held in strictest confidence. Scheduling

Jill Rothstein, owner of Organize For Success will perform Organizing services under the following guidelines;

Organize For Success offers 2-hour minimum consultation action plan.

All clients start out with an initial consultation designed to determine what your needs are, answer questions, and establish a plan of action for your organizing needs. In that 2 hour time frame you can expect a diagnose of what the cause of your clutter is, what order in which to tackle you project, a time estimate, and recommendations for order and transformation.
From this point it is up to the client to proceed in one of the following ways:
Move full speed ahead scheduling on-site appointment. On-site appointments are scheduled in 4-hour increments. This minimum block of time allows for clients to see immediate results and move towards a momentum of clearing clutter and creating organized systems.

Supply Purchasing

Organizing is not only about rearranging you’re belonging, but also sometimes acquiring new tools to help you become more efficient. Often clients want to purchase new container, filing systems, and various other supplies to get their projects in order. The supplies need to be purchased can be purchased by Catalog, Internet or by Organize For Success. If Organize For Success makes purchases on the clients’ behalf client will be billed at the hourly rate for shopping time only. There will be no markup on the items purchased.

Extra Labor

Occasionally extra labor will need to be brought in for large projects or moving large quantity of items in a short period of time, such as large-scale packing, moving projects, complete clutter cleanouts, garages and estates. For these types of jobs extra labor will be required and billed at a separate hourly rate with an estimate for hours needed ahead of time.

Travel Time

Travel Time is charged for clients out of the general area and is discussed ahead of time.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours cancellation for an appointment cancellation is required to avoid being charged for a missed appointment. If you can give additional notice it is always appreciated.
